How are you?

Asking a friend about their mental health can be…awkward. 

But it helps. A lot. (Studies prove this, we didn’t just make it up).

So to get people, especially Gen Z, to realize you don’t have to be there to be there, we created a symbol that represents talking about mental health — a striking yellow speech bubble.

Then, we worked with a couple dozen artists to fill the symbol with illustrations of all the ways you can reach. And as if that wasn’t enough, we made a song (available on DSPs) full of more ways people can reach out to a friend and get talking.
